Happy Feature Friday! I hope everyone has had an awesome week, been productive, made moves, and left this week better than they started, BUT if you didn't... fear not cause its Friday. #TGIF so kick off your weekend by reading up on our latest creative and enjoy your weekend! 

Up this week as our Feature Friday Creative we have Reginald Titus Jr! Reginald is an entrepreneur and filmmaker based right here in Dallas. He is the Executive Producer and Co-founder of Grind Over Matter Inc./ Grind Over Matter Films. Reginald is known for his ability to make high quality productions on smaller budgets that turn a profit. As a director he has worked on music videos, commercials, and feature length films. Reginald's first short film "Why Did You Leave?" debuted in 2009 via the web and was later submitted to the BET's Lens on talent contest. "It's Complicated", his second short film, went into production February 2013 and premiered at the Angelika Theater in Dallas Texas April 23rd, 2013. Reginald's latest project is "Natural Hair The Movie", a documentary film that dives deep into the cultural stigma, history, and  beliefs of African Americans with natural hair. If you haven't seen it stay tuned for the next screening and definitely check it out! 

Reginald, what do love most about being a filmmaker? 

"I love hearing, and seeing the reaction from the audience when a project I've worked on is playing in a theater."

Is there any advice you can offer to other creatives out there?

"Don't quit." 

Do you have any upcoming events or news where people can check out more about you and your work? 

"I just recently launched a podcast on iTunes and soundcloud with Casey G. Smith helping filmmakers called "Filmmaker Commentary". We are also launching a podcast about how we created Natural Hair the Movie on May 13th."
